Default and Custom Reports

When you create a new user, our software automatically provides 10 default reports the user can access to view trade data for his or her permissioned accounts (19 for managers). If you would like to remove or add access to specific reports for certain users please follow the "how to" steps below the chart.

Tip: Remember that users cannot see groups. Even though some group reports are enabled by default, only the non-group reports will be visible for them.

Note: The Top/Bottom Ten report allows you to review the top ten and bottom ten performers across all accounts in your instance. Because this report uses data from all groups and accounts, it is only available to superusers.

How to Customize Which Reports are Viewable

Step 1: Navigate to the Users page.

Step 2: Click the Permissions link under Actions for the desired user.

Step 3: Click the Customize link next to View Reports.

Step 4: Select a report and click the Add button, or click the Del link to remove access to a specific report.
