Permission a Trader to View Multiple Accounts

If a trader has more than one account at your firm, you will need to grant him or her access so they can view reports for all of their accounts. Granting a user viewable access to an account does not give them the ability to edit or modify any data.

Grant a User Permission to View an Account
To grant a user viewable access to multiple accounts, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Login to your PropReports instance as a superuser and navigate to the Users page.
Step 2: Click the Permissions link that applies to the desired user.
Step 3: Grant the user access by adding accounts via the View Accounts drop down.
