10% Volume Report

The 10% Volume Report

Stocks that trade in low volume (less than 50,000 shares daily) may be susceptible to trading that is manipulative in nature. This exception report is designed to detect instances when an individual trader represents ten percent (10%) or more than of the daily trading volume on a particular day for such low volume stocks. This report provides the field supervisor with salient information regarding the trader's volume of daily activity and any change regarding his or her position in the particular stock. 

 Note: If a symbol traded does not have total volume information, it will not be checked:
