Trade Performance by Account
The Trade Performance by Account report allows you to compare traders within a group by examining their profitability and volume over a specified period of time.
Below is a snapshot of a the Trade Performance by Account report with sample trade data:
Statistics
Column | Description |
---|---|
BAT | "Batting Average" is the percentage of winning trades. |
# | The number of completed trades (see definition below). |
Hold | "Average Holding Period" is the average period of time during which each position was held. |
Days | The number of days the account traded within the specified date range. |
Completed Trades
All statistics are based on completed or "round trip" trades. A completed trade is defined as a set of transactions from the time a position is opened until the time it goes flat. For example, given the following fills:

The Trade Performance by Account report would calculate one trade, realizing a $100 profit, and is counted for Wednesday.
Daytrades and Overnights
Exclude trades containing overnight positions on your report by selecting "Daytrades Only":
