Canceling a Trade

If you should need to cancel a trade (to solve a reconciliation issue, etc.), you can easily do so via the Audit / Executions page. Please note that once a trade has been canceled, it will no longer count towards volume totals or the traders profit/losses.

If you are attempting to cancel multiple trades at one time, you can accomplish this by uploading an Executions file that specifies "CXLD" in the Status field. See the Uploading an Executions File page for more information.

To cancel a trade, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Audit / Executions page.

Step 2: Search for the trade(s) you would like to cancel.

Step 3: Check the box next to each trade you would like to cancel.

(tick) Tip: To quickly select multiple fills, just select the first fill in the series, hold down the shift key and then select the last fill.

Step 4: Click the 'Cancel/Reinstate' button.

(tick) Tip: To undo (reinstate) a canceled trade, repeat the steps above for the canceled trade.
