The Trades report shows the profit or loss for completed or "round trip" trades only. PropReports defines a completed trade as a set of transactions from the time a position is opened until the time it goes flat.

Understanding the Trades Report

Column
OpenedDate and time of the opening fill.
ClosedTime of the closing fill.
HeldAmount of time between the first and last executions comprising this trade.
TagsIf your DMA platform supports attaching tags to executions, these tags will appear here

Discrepancies Between Reports

Totals on the Trades report can include profits realized on previous days and will exclude profits from partially closed trades. This means that if there is overnight trading activity, the total profit or loss will not match other reports. For example, given the following set of trades:

DateSideSharesSymbolPrice
MondayB100XYZ$1.00
TuesdayS50XYZ$2.00
WednesdayS50XYZ$2.00

The Trades report will show $0 profit on Monday, $0 profit on Tuesday and $100 profit on Wednesday. This is because the XYZ trade was only completed on Wednesday.
