There are four roles that you can assign to your users: Superuser, Manager, User, and Disabled.

Important: We recommend creating separate superuser logins for each person requiring this level of access to ensure accurate auditing. There is no limit on the number of superusers that can be created.

Superuser

A superuser has full permission to delete, edit, and view all information and data in your PropReports instance.

For example, superusers can:

  • Configure, add users, and change their passwords
  • Create and assign trade and recurring fee plans
  • Upload and edit trading activity

Manager

A manager does not have the ability to modify data, but can be permissioned to view one or more account groups as well as individual accounts.

User

A user is typically a trader who has read only access and can be permissioned to view reports for one or more of their accounts.

Disabled

A disabled user cannot log into your PropReports instance. It is recommended that you disable users rather than delete them to retain client information and audit history.
